Thread: In need of costume ideas!

Hey everyone

I'm having a difficult time thinking up a costume this year. The past few years I've gone as:

- Catholic school girl
- Elle Driver from Kill Bill
- Leela from Futurama

I find typical girl costumes pretty lame (like the school girl one) where you're just a sexy version of something normal. Don't get me wrong, I like looking cute/sexy, but I'd rather be a character from a movie/tv show/game, etc. or something creepy that I'd have to put on some cool face make-up for. I usually make my own costumes, as cheaply as possible. I'd prefer wearing a dress or skirt (I don't really like pants) and I can't wear a wig...I have super thick, waist-length hair - I've tried it and it's impossible, lol.

Please let me know if yall can think of anything for me to wear! I'd really appreciate it

Gogo from Kill Bill (uses the schoolgirl costume you already have and she's got really long hair)

Samara from The Ring (works with the hair)

Carrie from the movie by Steven King (fun! prom dress, lots of blood)

Next year I'm going to be a sideshow shemale. You should do that this year and give me tips on what works and what doesn't!

My daughter is going to be Snookie this year, maybe that would work for you too.
