So.. I am faced with a small dilema myself when it comes to my costume and I am seeking some of your advice!

Well, I work at a Restaurant and I work on Halloween... ALL DAY pretty much. I will be lucky if I am off by 7 or 8..

I am going to be the Wicked Witch of the West. I already bought little glittered red slip-on mary jane shoes.. I bought a small witches hat from Spirit

I will be wearing my black t-shirt uniformed shirt, the glittered red shoes, the hat, but I also wanted to wear a pair of green and black tights to make the costume more 'apparent/obvious'.. but I can't wear a skirt or anything like that..

Now guys.. I am racking my brain over this and would love to hear some ideas on how I could do this.. Any advice would be appreciated!

Well, I'm a little confused about what you're trying to do - this is a costume to wear at work, but you have to wear black pants and a black shirt?

Is the shirt short sleeved? At the link for the witch hat they show black and green striped fingerless gloves - that might make the costume more apparent if it works with what you're doing. If you wear striped tights, would they let you wear shorter pants, like a long capri, or roll them up a few inches so the socks would show a bit more?

Would they allow you to wear green witch makeup? That would get the idea across pretty well!
Guess it kind of depends on how much latitude they allow at your job.
