Such as toddlers. My daughter is 15 months old. I wonder if anyone here with kids can tell me how receptive their children were at this age to things like caps, wings on arms, etc.
I realize some of it's just a kid's preference, but any input is appreciated.

I have two girls....6 and 3.
Neither of them really liked hats, wigs, or wings at that age. They tended to pull at them and generally resist them any chance they got.
You might have some luck with something that uses a headband and smallish ears or etc.
My kids just didn't like anything that flopped around, at that age.

I found kids LOVE what they wear or do around the house...do they ride brooms..play in a box...wear blanket capes.. wave wands or spatulas or in my daughters case at age 14-18 months WEAR a Mc Donalds pumpkin bucket on her head! She has officially been nick named 'Punkin" because of that 25 yrs ago! Use this as your inspiration!

Thanks, both of you! I've been trying to get her used to hats anyway with winter coming. That might help with costuming.
