OK, so after much measuring, snooping, shopping and pricing, I've decided that Jill the Ripper, to get close to authentic Victorian, is going to be more than I'm willing to spend. I don't mean to sound cheap, but really, it's only going to be for one night. Also, my sewing skills are not quite up to par. So I've decided on something not so serious, but just as scary: the Tooth Fairy. Complete with drill and pliers Think about it, she's creepin' around in our rooms, no one even knows she's there... I'm thinking a white fairy skirt with a white tank with a black tooth outlined on it and fairy wings. To accesorize I'm working on getting a lead on a pink tool belt for my pliers, clamps, forceps, drill, bag of teeth. For the drill I was thinking styrofoam smoothed out with papermachier and painted, so it's nice and light. What do my fellow haunters think? Any input is appreciated.

That's a great idea. I was just talking about the design of a scary tooth fairy, with dental tools, etc. Only I thought of wearing a necklace made from teeth. Made of clay of course. I hope we get to see pics of your costume.
