we've decided to dress up our son as a voodoo priest. We are going for a swamp theme in our yard so, thought this would match up pretty well. I have a black shirt with skeleton bones, and a hat that I think I know how I want to decorate that.

I got a little vest, one from a suit. It's from the thrift store. It's a really dark dark blue/ faded black color. I want to distress it a bit. Any thoughts on what else I could do to it?

Keep in mind that he's only 20 months and I don't want to freak him out. He his going to get a skull staff to carry too.

I think the whole thing will look good just not sure what I could do to the vest so it's not bland.

I know pictures would help but, I didn't have any handy.
