I attended Fan Expo 2010 this past weekend here in Toronto, Canada....and there were many sections at this expo, one was the Horror section sponsored by Rue Morge....check out these amazing images I captured....

Is the show worth driving to from Ottawa if you're paying for travel, accomdations, food and admission?

doto the show happens once a year (over now) and it is filled with celebs, a horror section, anime sectiong, gaming section, comic section.

This was my first year attending and man was it amazing however REALLY crowded.

The company had an issue, in that they kept selling tickets while VIP pass holders and Deluxe pass holders sat and waited outside only to miss key panels, key photo ops etc...so as of right now hold off on making a decision to say this is something you will be doing next year...if they work out somethign with the people who got screwed and issue refunds and promise to never make such mistakes the show is well worth it.

I did not get stuck outside as I was inside the convention center both Friday and Saturday, brought food and enjoyed everything that was there....a side from the major issues this year people had, yes its worth it...hotels are pretty cheap around the convention center as well...

How long does that show last? I can drive up there from Niagara Falls, NY hr and a half away

Type in Fan Expo into a search engine and you can check out the different ticket prices they usually charge (some years differ slightly)....and as for food you do not want ot buy food from the convention the jack up prices on pupose in their during the weekend....for example it was seven dollars for a smoothie...lol....

I'm afraid it is over...lasted 3 days (Friday to Sunday)....will have to wait until next year....

I do have some business cards...if any of you guys are interested in contacting the people who were exhibitors in the horror area of the expo....

I went last year, and it was amazing, but same problem as this year it seem. If I had the money, I would have gone this year too!
