Thread: Homemade Costume Ideas? For Teens

I have a black mini dress (goes to about my knees..not too short) and thought I could use it to be a cat or witch. Any ideas? I don't want to buy a costume because unless you pay a bunch of money they are usually pretty crappy.
So if anyone has ideas of cute Halloween costumes i'm all ears

I am 16, and therefore am not looking for an extremely revealing outfit...just something age appropriate and pretty. Oh and if it's a dress, preferably one at knee level or a little above.

My Daughter is going to be an "Evil Fairy" this year with a black gothic dress (that I think is too short ) and black wings.

Going to a funeral?? You need to find a big black hat with netting to cover your face
