I know there are a few people on here that are profesional makeup artist and I am also trying to get into it. I was wondering if anyone could give me advise about what I should buy, My uncle gave me an airbrush system for painting, the compressor goes to 3lbs. it has the hose and brush, but I'm not sure if its okay to use for make up, I most likley think I need a new brush. If I buy a new brush should I get a top loader or bottom loader. I appreciate any help.

    Thanks
    Dani

If you get a new gun I woud recomend a (gravity feed) top feed because they can be ran at a lower pressure. Some of the airbrush body paints can be pretty pricey though so you may want to do some research before you spand alot on a gun just to find out that you dont want to spend that much on the paint.

I have an older binks type that has done me good for about 7yrs now. I only use it to touch up my props though. I've yet to use it for facial masks or latex FX. Gravity feed("top loader") is the way to go if purchasing one.
A Halloween prop is a terrible thing to waste..
