Okay I am just throwing pics up.
My ideal was to do black crows....birds that peck and gouge out eyes ...
long story . Too Boring and too muddled .

There are two bird costumes ..roughly just alike. But this is only pictures of the one just hanging out for photo.
I have since made some bloody stain on the bird body ( not red red blood...more like a staining or soaking spot)

the eyeball ....necklace and walking stick are still in process of being made.

Costume is for Hauntcon next week in Orlando Florida.

ofcourse we could bail on wearing these costumes. I am not sure I am crazy about them. My idea and visual concept has not been met in this creative process. lol .

Looks good to me. I like the costume.

Sometimes what you picture you want to be and the final result does not always agree 100%.
I am working on an Ugly Duchess costume. I hope that the result will be as close to the picture as possible. See my costumes for the future album. The outfit is on the album cover.

I like it, too. What kind of material did you use? Did you just cut rows and sew them to a base costume? That's alot of feathers!
