I'm looking for some tips on how to apply wolfe brothers make-up? I read that it is water activated. It says to dip your sponge or brush in water first. Do I have to dip the sponge or brush into water every time I am going to get some more color? Any advice or tips would be great! Here is what I got.

Here is a website on that make-up that gives you tips and tricks.
    Tips, Tricks & FAQ'S

I don't know anything about the Wolfe Brand stuff but I can tell you if you want to know another brand that is great for doing all kinds of make-up look in to getting some Ben Nye theatrical make-up kits. My daughter took a college class on theatrical make-up and some of the stuff they did with that was unreal ! That is another place to ask for make-up help is any theatrical group. They really know their stuff and are usually ready to help anyone that asks.

I read the link you posted but still a little confused. Here is what I am confused at.

"Wolfe Makeup comes fully prepared for you. There is no need to add anything to it. To start using it, just open it up, dip your sponge or brush into a SMALL AMOUNT OF WATER and go! "

Do I have to dip my sponge or brush every time I'm going to get more color or just at the very beginning?

As long as your sponge is still damp, you shouldn't have to dip it in water each time. If your sponge is dry, you'll need to rewet it. Don't get the sponge wet where you are holding it and that should keep the makeup from getting all over your hands.
