I have searched the forums so if this is a common question, I apologize.

My wife and I are doing the BM: Arkham Asylum theme. She is doing Harley Quinn, and I decided I want to do the Riddler. Both require a half mask. I have them already and plan to cut them to fit, but I would like to avoid having an elastic string going around me head.

So I have 2 questions...

1. Is there a type of face paint out there that will allow me to put some depth/texture to a half mask look. I want it to still look like a mask and not just makeup.

2. This is less interesting to me, since it sounds uncomfortable, but can I use spirit gum or something to attach a half mask?
