Hey guys. I'm dressing up as Pennywise the clown from Stephen King's "IT" for Halloween, and I'm taking inspiration from how he's described in the book, rather than the movie. I'm having trouble finding a good clown costume. His costume is described as "silverish-white" which makes me think of a white satin costume. But it is very surprisingly difficult to find this kind of outfit (maybe because most clowns are colorful). This is the only problem I'm having with the costume. Any help please?

I'm making 5 scary clown costumes for our haunted house using McCall's #3306. It is a very easy pattern, takes about 4 hours, including cutting and layout. No buttons or zippers, just elastic.

If not, try looking for a "pierrot" clown costume online. That is the French clown that is always black and white.
