Big Black Spider

This is our big black widow spider show. We used a backpack frame and harness to support Laura on a zipline to "float" out to the victims and spin. Legs are pvc pipe with some fabric covering, and we used an excersise ball for the bootie. The fog machine and some small led blacklights for eyes enhances the scariness. They create an awesome scanning effect shining through the fog and lighting up the webs. The tots will know when the spider has them in her sights. For the spider webs, we're going for that web tunnel effect, and will have some cocooned people and props.
