    Hi,

My son is 3 and has Asperger's, a form of Autism. For halloween he has decided that he wants to be a "scary purple lollipop monster". I am aiming to give him the costume that he wants. I make all of our costumes & can sew pretty well yet I am clueless as to how I can pull this off. Any ideas are greatly appreciated!

dress him in white pants, shoes (or shoe covers), white long sleeve shirt, gloves, and paint his face purple and give him fangs.

that's about best i can come up with.

if he were older i would suggest a plastic fish bowl painted translucent purple, but i think purple face paint will do fine.

    hope that helps...

And the best advice you may ever get is never to go out…at night.

Dogman thanks so much for the suggestion. After doing much searching I think I'm going to try to make something similar to the charter Boo from the kids movie Monsters Inc. although I have no idea what to use for the arms. He is usually quite the challenge for us and he's proving that this halloween will be no different ,lol.
