    Simplicity Costume pattern #9887 is the best one that I have seen. www.simplicity.com should have it. Hancocks has them on sale for $1.99 next week on June 8-11. Or JoAnn's are usually 40% off retail. Looks like retail is $13.95.

    Oops, since the pattern has Wizard, Cape and Midevil Costumes also, I guess it's considered Fantasy/Cultural rather than Halloween. Try www.simplicity.com again and go to Costumes, then Adult, then click on Fantasy/Cultural it's on the second page for $10.45.
