Default Do latex makeup kits look good?

Hi - I've been seeing these latex horror masks in a kit for a couple of years and like the idea. The pics on the cover look great and I wanted to know if anyone has tried these and how them came out? I think the name of the product is screenfx. They have an evil clown, death and an evil pumpkin kit. Thanks.

Alot of these kits work really well, I've used many of them.. alot of them have to be cut down or altered to fit on a face, but the end result can always be made to look great. I use alot of Woochie masks and appliances as well.. and the best advice that I can give to anyone using these is this: Do not use the spirit gum that comes with it! Spirit gum is evil, messy, painful, and hard to clean off. Regular latex adhesive can be used to apply these.. it doesn't sweat off as easily and it is way easier to apply and clean.. latex as an adhesive also works great on foam latex masks. I'll never use spirit gum again.. I hate that stuff.

Hey John. I used one from a company called Screamteam

http://www.screamteam.com/

two years ago and if you go to my gallery, you can see (granted not the detail - i had lots of blues and greys in mine you can't see - i did that so my blonde eyelashes would just blend in and i wouldn't have to wear contacts). It was so effective, no one would talk to me...freaked them out my voice was coming out of that. My mask was "hellacious" and you can see i did it completely different than the usual red.

The instructions and makeup kit worked wonderfully, and i still have my mask and horns up in the closet. I didn't have to cut or alter anything, BUT it did take me over an hour to apply the mask and makeup and somewhere around that much time to take it off.

I was wondering if you can get liquid latex anywhere or do you have to find a place to order it and does it cost alot? I don't live in the states and out here in Holland they don't do this kind of stuff so...any help would be great...
