okay blood rayne is a video game personality, the arm coverings and a black pvc corset top {that you can add the red details to yourself} you should be able to get just doing massive searches for goth clothes online. black shiny workout lycra pants or black shiny club pants that you can do the red detailing on should work. it will not really be cheaper to make these things, unless you are a really expert seamstess. just start early{now} and buy the items one piece at a time. red bob wig is easily found.

all things considerd, i'll take the zero.

For the swords, you could take the wheels of some casters and place a plastic sword with the handle removed where the wheel would be and then put a new machine screw threw and use a nylock nut to hold it in place. Attach the casters to a couple of rings, or more practically adjustable straps. Then use cloth wrapped PVC pipe to create the handle. To keep it secure, cut a U for the pvc to sit over the blade, and put another machine screw with nylock nut threw it. Locking them back could be tricky, but with a plastic blade, magnets may be strong enough. You could also use a sliding mechanism by adding a block on the base of the caster, and milling an oval for the blade to slide back and forth, so the blade can be pushed down and be locked in place and pulled out to be loose. A more secure method would be to use a second hole and a pin to hold the blade back.
