I made this costume with about eight rolls of duct tape for both decoration and structure. It turned out better than I could have imagined, and I couldn't have done it without a lot of tape! The main structure is wardrobe boxes.

I made a transformer costume a few years ago out of yellow polystyrene and printed, adhesive-backed vinyl (my dad owns a sign shop, so it was free for me!). Here's a YouTube video where I scare the candy out of some little kids...mwa hahahaha!
