I have nobody to blame but myself. I spent my entire summer working on props and decorations and not one single minute on a decent costume! We didn't throw a themed Halloween party, therefore I didn't even consider one until late into October. Of course I had an ideal, post apocalyptic cowboy! How hard could that be to throw together in a couple of days I thought to myself!?! Two days prior to my own party and I'm panicking!! I have nothing to wear! So embarrassing, ending up rehashing what I wore last year! There was still stains left on my cowboys vest from last years Halloween party!! Am I alone here? Anyone else get so wrapped up in prop building that you completely overlooked what you'll be wearing for the big night?? Im starting to gather ideals for my next years costume right now.....I think it'll be ready by Christmas this year!

I actually hate wearing costumes but I know I should have something on when I hand out candy, at least, but I almost never do. The large party I go to is flocked with artists and people working in the creative departments of the Orlando theme parks so I don't even bother trying to come up with a costume for that.
Obviously I'm a huge Halloween enthusiast but costumes just don't do it for me. Thus my lack of sympathy for people who fruitlessly try to get people to wear costumes every year at their parties. I'll help with the setup if I don't have to wear one!
