I've decided that I'd like to have spiders crawling out (sort of hatching) from under my skin. I have spirit gum, liquid latex, wax, paints..... the whole kaboodle.... BUT cant seem to find a tutorial to save my life. Any FX artists out there willing to give me some pointers?

Glue the spiders down where yu want them.Take tissue and cover some of the spiders and cover with latex.Just build it up and taper it off to blend with the rest of your skin.

Here is a way to make a wound using just white glue--which I think could easily be adapted to your spider idea--I think you could use the glue to cover the spiders also--but you will have to experiment a bit. It is about 50 seconds or so into the video when they start showing the glue technique. You could probably use the latex as well to add more dimension.
