Add some fairy wings to the back. If you want to be extra killer, add a belt of extra stingers.

Definitely a crown, wings, you could carry a dagger/stinger and pretend to stab him with it. As far as the outfit, I make adult-sized tutus and have already made a couple of bumble-bee tutus this year! PM me if you are interested in more information!
