We just started selling theatrical contacts, but I have noticed a problem. I have small deep set eyes and cannot get the contacts to even go in my eyes. I realize this may be a problem for others as well. Any suggestions on how to get them to fit or does anyone know of a place to get them without having to go to the optometrist?

As far as I know, you need to have an optometrist fit you properly. You could do damage to your eyes otherwise... something about the shape of your eyes.

Thanks Terra. Unfortunately you may be right. Especially if we are going to be wearing them for hours on end.

Yeah I wouldn't mess with my eyes. Plus now I'm getting to "that age" when one may need glasses more often, I'd definitely go with a doc & a scrip to be safe.
That's an interesting problem though & you can't be the only one, it's worth a trip to the doc.Roger Clyne & the Peacemakers, the best damn little band you should be listening to!

Go to lenscrafters or one of the eye glasses stores they will teach you how to put them in and out.
I had the most difficult time trying to get mine in. I have long eyelashes and I am a guy. Also I couldnt stop blinking when trying to put them in.
Went to lenscrafters and they helped me out big time.

Thanks Blood. Great idea. Will they do it even if I didn't get them there?
