    MT, you must have read my mind!! We recently joined a gym on a family membership, and the only one going with any consistency is the hubby. I'll have to give a thought to my goals. Thanks for starting us up!!

    While I currently don't have any goals I'm trying to meet, I wanted to offer up my services to anyone who might need them. I own/operate a MMA gym and have to be knowledgable about diet, exercise, and weight training in order to better serve our students and fighters. I'd be happy to answer any questions, give opinions or advice, etc.

    Hooch and Rikki I am so glad to see your posts here. I am seriously in need of keeping myself focused on health and fitness goals. Weight loss is important to me but exercise is even more critical so hopefully I can reduce my pain from arthritis (cervical spine) and fibromyalgia. Having good company to kick me in the butt when I need it is a big help! I'm planning on joining the YMCA water aerobics class but it won't do any good if I don't go...you know what I mean Hooch?

    Madame, I was pleased to see this thread/group. I lost weight a few years ago doing weight watchers, on my own, not the meetings, but I have been gaining it back the last year and a half, more that I would like. I could use the support, and truthfully, a kick in the butt to keep me on track! I also want to be healthier, at my age, cancer and heart attacks, strokes etc. really start happening. My kids don't seem to be in any hurry to make me a grandma, so when they finally do, I want to be a healthy, active(hopefully) grandma! May be some one can convince me I like veggies!!LOL!

    okay, i'm gain, oh brother, i mean game. let's kick but. i would love to be back down to skinnie minnie. umm, no bikini for me either! but i wouldn't mind looking good in a cute little halloween number. let's let the scares roll off! hahaha

    OK so I really dont need to lose any weight at the moment. I would however like to get back into my old exercise routine and start eating a bit healthier. I have a horrible diet, could live on chocolate covered cherries and apricot sours if I had my way So exercise and better eating thats what Im here for, hope someone here can help.

    Exercise Goal: 10 min stretching 5 min cardio daily

    Weight Loss Goal: Limit food intake to 23 WW points per day

    Personal Care
    : Work through HMO’s online pain management program daily, complete pain management activity log daily , take all medications on time, write in journal daily

    Reward: Shopping trip to fabric store

    Hi my friends and members of the Health & Fitness group. As the week progresses don't forget to drop by and report your success, even if it seems small like not having that dessert at lunch or taking a walk on your break. Ask the group for support when you need an extra boost, we all do know and then. Motivational tips, quotes, and suggestions are always encouraged. Have a great week everybody! I'm ready to get so healthy I will live to be at least 104. Will you take me to the bingo parlor to celebrate my 100th birthday?

    OK Madame your goal is very specific. HMMM I will try to set one just as good;
    Exercise Goal: Get back to 1 hour walk
    Weight Loss Goal: No chocolate this week
    Personal Care: Try and relax and get to bed at a decent hour
    Reward: none
