It went between perfect weather to drizzle to UGH. The rain and gusts were brutal at times as in many past years (on the southside). I thought Halloween Eve it was going to make it until the downpour at 10. This killed a couple of unprotected motors and prevented other effects from being left out.
We got lucky in Gloucester (We went camping there, and I set up a haunt there). Rained, rained, rained, stopped for TOTing and the rest of the night. Woke up to rain - but it was perfect!
