I was just wondering if Canada throws any of those amazing haunters conventions that I see some of the other HF members attending in the US. As I am writing this I remember Terra attending the last couple of years and there were amazing prop companies all displaying their stuff but honestly I can't remember the name of the convention...lol Is there any great haunter/Halloween conventions in Canada? I don't mean the primarily meet an actor type of things but the prop/haunter geared ones? I did just find the Canadian Haunted Attractions Conference that will be held in Hamilton in April 2012. I'm so going to go to that!! Anyone been to one before?
Unfortunately I missed last year's show. Funny how work and life get in the way sometimes! The dates for 2012 work much better for me so I definitely plan on attending! That's really the only "trade show" I've been able to locate. I'll certainly keep you posted if I find anything else.

I guess it would have helped if I mentioned the location eh? Yes, it is indeed the Hamilton one I'm speaking of. I'm not sure who all is going but wouldn't it be great if we could have a Halloween Forum hoard gather and meet there? Got to spread the word ....

I've booked our hotel and now going to get tickets! The 'must do' for us (hubby and I) would be the Ghost Tour and Hunt! We booked thru CAA which seemed to be the better rates than what Expedia, Hotels.com, Travelocity and the Crowne Plaza itself was offering. We are at the Hamilton Days Inn which seems to be down the street a bit from the Crowne and we based it also on travellers reviews. Is anyone else going???
We've got our tickets! Looking forward to it all, especially the Ghost Tour and Hunt! We've booked with the hotel that's holding the conference. We figured there's enough crap going on with everything else in life right now that we'd try to make it super simple. Besides, it's that much shorter to stumble/stagger back to our room!
