To... zombies anonymous - (quoted text retained) to confirm and clarify... MrSkeleton has no outstanding GB clients from the 2009 buy. All orders were shipped, confirmed and the GB was closed out.
Further, we have not offered a public GB since that trial in co-op buy to the public in 2009 nor have we launched the retail website selling directly to the public.
 There are no email inquiries from anyone claiming against the group buy and no party has identified any related issue either in email, telephone or otherwise, except for this post on the forum.
 Whoever zombies anonymous is, if you were an original 2009 buyer, you, as well as all GB buyers have my contact information, please contact me directly as needed.
 To the greater Halloween forum family, thanks for your continued support. Please review all these relative posts to validate the success of the trial group buy. We will support future discounted group buys but they will be coordinated through the dealers.


what more could I do to get your attention for my money back. My order was paid for. I have never received my skeletons. You continuously ignore my emails. I brought this to public to get your attention. Posting this has gotten your attention. I would like to settle this with out going to small claims court.

UPDATE 2/10/11 - This buyer was in fact left over from 2009. The buyer identified themselves on my facebook. Below is the quoted reply I posted for them, (name withheld for their privacy considerations)

"Hi, ______ - I noted your anonymous post on Halloween forum. That transaction's shipping portion was never paid so the buy did not ship. We spoke by phone before Christmas and you were going to supply a US based address I recall. All I need is that address info as well as the payment due for the shipping and these will ship.
Cell me as available to 678-776-8861"

To the Halloween Forum family: It is important to note that this transaction was from 2009 and the follow up requirement was the buyer responsibility. As with all group buy participants, MrSkeleton received advance payment for the merchandise portion only but did not bill for any shipping fees until POST receipt of the goods. This buyer never contacted our office until December of 2010, but still did not follow up with the ship data so no shipping invoice was prepared and forwarded to them.

My instruction to the buyer is now clear and we will continue to await the shipping data and follow up as customary for all the GB participants.

Also of import: In that trial group buy of 2009. MrSkeleton successfully filled orders for 300+ Buckys at 69.00 each, an end user success by any measure.





Hmm, well I was looking for about six of these, thanks for posting on your experiences. Sounds like some people got hosed.

Still I would partake of a GB of lower quality bucky's, just sayin

yah ever since Marlyn from anatomical stoped this whole thing has gone in the craper. but you have to admit 70 buck hey not bad. best of luck to you and you know you can use them in the future.
