Ya know I always wondered why I was asked to add Mr skeleton as a friend on facebok when news of this group buy was brought up.

was anyone else asked to do the same???

    I just removed him.
This was just a really wierd transaction.
I'm glad I have nothing to do with it anymore.

I paid June the 18th. But still nothing. I thought this was a reliable company. But we are getting close to a 4 month wait. For a product that isn't even a 1st quality. I just don't have a clue. Why the refunds were not automatically issued if the product wasn't going to be delivered in a reasonable time frame. That is the standard of business. So Now I have to contact PayPal or my local DA and file a claim??????? I don't think PayPal takes claims after 30 days.

All buyers, individual and dealers have been steadily updated in exacting detail. Only the complaining individual buyers have posted negatively. This week all were individually updated as this is product receipt range. Some have reflected this in this post.

For a better scope, the group buy represents 250+ pieces scattered over 65 or so individual buyers. Numerical probability alone suggests that SOME will inevitably be soured for reasons that have no valid reflection on our performance.

This is the important factor to appreciate.

HalloweenForum poster Brushe has not contacted us directly, did not leave his or her name here and sought no solution through a community post.. Begs the question why post a vent on a community forum? Keep in mind, if “Brushe” is a buyer, they have received the same comprehensive updates as have everyone else.

Brushe…Contact me directly on my personal email at jeffnix@gmail.com or call 678-776-8861 and identify yourself. I will address your concern offline as it should be. I will resolve the issue in the very moment of your contact.

For others who have posted in support, Thanks for your confirming assurance to the rest of the readers.

And this, having 250+ sales over 65 individuals, Is this something a veteran merchandiser with 20+ years of marketplace experience attempt to pull off were it not within our scale to perform?

Awaiting your call or email, Brushe.

MrSkeleton said:> As Brushe is not a customer of MrSkeleton, he is not in a position to comment with accuracy regarding the group buy schedule or the business practices of MrSkeleton.com. Anyone can have an O-Pinion but Brushe's post is derogatory in spirit and does not reflect the true nature of our credibility.

Brushe never requested a refund from the dealer, never issued any complaint to the dealer and he has certainly never contacted us directly.

RESOLUTION: The dealer through which Brushe purchased a $69.00 bucky from has now been refunded in full.

To all readers, To balance the comments, please ensure you are fully informed by reading the posts related to this group buy within this entire thread. Read first then use your best judgment with respect to the credibility or MrSkeleton.com.

Thanks for your time and again, to the supporters, thanks for your patronage and you’ll be enjoying your $69.00 buckies in a few days!

Since inception, we've not directly handled end user inquiries directly, referring them rather to our dealer network.

I've given up with them. Not only that, it is my understanding that they don't have distribution rights for Bucky after Jan. 1st of 2008. MrSkeleton Said: To clarify this misinformation with fact: MS used the name BUCKY when we revived the entire discontinued line 18 months before SS was launched. SS later purchased the rights to use the name BUCKY. MrSkeleton is a direct manufacturer/importer of the skeleton and we brand it under a different name group entirely. MrSkeleton will soon launch an end user automated site but as of now, remains a dealer based wholesale concern.

I've delt with skeletonstore in the past. They always have plenty of Bucky's in stock and their customer service has never disapointed me. To me it is a no-brainer.
MrSkeleton Said: MS has plenty of everything is stock… to the dealers. The 69.00 group buy was a special offering with very specific details, parameters, and limitations. It was never intended to draw down inventories to fill skeleton orders at 69.00, which is precisely why we offered it as a special group buy.
To be fair and accurate, It is likely that as forum user, Baobab is not a MrSkeleton customer, he/she has no good benchmark by which to judge the performance or MS relative to his experience as a customer with SS.

We’re always happy to clarify any questions that arise. All we request is that, in the spirit of factual communication, that readers be sensitive to and responsible for their own observations, particularly if they have no prior experience with MrSkeleton. I didn't ask for a refund. I asked had they been shipped. Johnshenry said he expected shipment the 14th or 15th. My pm to Mr Skeleton was , have they been shipped? Got up this mourning with a email telling me I am getting a refund, Not from PayPal yet though. I bought from a dealer, who represented The Skeleton store in this buy. From the pm I got It appears it is his fault I haven't received anything. Cause he has been waiting for the supplier The Skeleton Store to ship them to us. As a dealer he just sent my money to the Mr Skeleton. But I will post when I get a PayPal refund. I am just glad there are so many other places to get a skeleton.

I am only asking the following question as for future reference on making a purchase. In no way am I taking any sides. I only wish to fully understand.

So, The way I understand from what I have read, Is that Mr Skeleton Is the (SELLER) to a (DEALER) that took orders from multiple people. ie a (GROUP BUY) ?
