Hello

My name is Jason and I want you all to move this problem to the side lines or out of the forums. If you did not recieve your bluckies or what ever you orderd let me know. Im as upset as the rest of you and I guess I have started taking this on so I will give it a go. I have just been looking for a solution to the issue and seeing what options we have. I have placed my e-mail on the blucky grp buy and think that it needs to be done in other threads as well. I place myself in line of fire so we stop shooting at each other. I will do my best to get this solved so we can get back to what we love. Im not by anymeans saying I have a solution, but I with your help will try to find it.

Ok so the plan so far is to find out what you didnt get so I can figure out what what we need. I need to know what you orderd, when you orderd, and most importantly, do you want what you orderd or do you want your money back.

Im guess im going to be swamped with e-mails about this so if you can only send one per person until I get through them that would help. I will post any answers on this thread that I can answer. If I cant I will post that here also so you that know the answer can help me answer it.

Ok another thing to mention. I have talked to paypal and its still possible to have them open a dispute after 45days. I have alot of people saying that they are to late and except it. If enough people say something then they will open an investigation. I hope we can solve this before it goes that far. I also cannot absolutly say I can get anything done, Im simply trying to get some answers and find out what the best solution is.. I can not make garenties, but I will try my hardest to get something done.

Thanks for the effort Jason. I'll pm you shortly with the info you requested. A lot us are frustrated with our dealings with eyegore and a group hug is in order. Plan B is warranted. Larry and the moderators here have done a fantastic job of bringing us Halloween spirits together, Thanks Larry. Unfortunately, you've attracted a turd in the punch bowl that has disappointed a lot of good folks here. Jason and I are going to do our best to remove any continuance of hostilities towards eyegore from this site. We'll take it from here.

Does ANYONE have a way to contact him? A cell phone or live nearby and know him personally? I might even be willing to drive down and pick up my bluckies and help box and ship some out while I'm there. And I promise not to do any bodily harm. If that is what it takes to get this resolved, I say road trip!

By the way, Jason, I sent you an email tonight. Thanks for looking into this.

Im working on away to contact him directly. If I get ahold of him I will make the offer to him..We will have to wait and see what happens
