Just curious, 4.5 inches seems tiny for a crow. Are these as small as they sound?
I think these crows are a decent size. Especially considering they were only $1 each. But this GB has been done for over a month now

Like the Halloween orange wall MissMandy! And nice arrangement there, very natural.
They are small crows but are large enough to be noticed particularly if you get all three poses and pay attention to how you place and light them. I purchased several dozens of them from DT over the past few years and mix them with some 6.5 inch up to 11 inch birds I've bought elsewhere that I have in much lesser quantity. I think they work well together plus if you want to create a Hitchcockian Birds scene they make a great filler for the money especially.
BTW the longer you wait to buy them off the shelf from DT, the more picked up and played with they are and more they look like molting birds. Use some black marker to fill in any color gaps if it comes down to it.
They still have them listed in bulk (60 count) on the DT website for anyone still hoping to throw together a GB on them. http://www.dollartree.com/catalog/se...rows&x=32&y=13
July1962 you might want to check out the photos Shadowbat posted of the 3 boxes of GB crows he ordered, second photo shows them sorted and he indicated that there are fewer of the spread winged ones. Each box is a mixture of the 3 styles however. If you have any questions I'm sure he'd be happy to answer them for you on specifics.
