Micro Spotlight Group Buy

Organizing this thing plus the firecracker buy, plus the alligator buy, plus opening a store means Eyegore is a tad bit on the inundated with hundreds of emails side.

He updated status on the spotlights yesterday in the above thread...

Yeah, he is working hard, just keep an eye on the thread. Its easier for him to update there, then to go through a ton of emails everyday. I am sure we will have them soon.

I do not know what kind of response you were looking for, as I do not see your "sent twice now" messages.
My PM box has been full for about a month storing PM orders for 3 Group Buys, as well as a prop challenge info.
I apologize If I somehow missed your message. I did check, and did not see your messages in an email address either.
I try to make every attempt to answer a forum members message. After all, we're all friends here! (or so I thought)

Sadly though, I log in only to see a negative attack post, posted with what I feel, is an attempt at harming my reputation.
I have been doing my best to post to the forum with updates as evident by my post yesterday to the very Group Buy
thread you are referring. I may have missed your messages, and for that I am sorry.

But, I am more sorry that I should need to type this post! Obviously; with any issue or concern directed at me;
I will try my best to address it!? Why did you not just post the original thread? or email me?

Because of this...and various other persons on the forum who do not respect their fellow community members;
I feel that I no longer wish to participate in any forum activities, group buys, prop challenges, contests, polls, etc. involving these people.

I am taking a break. Although certain members may have directly or indirectly pushed me into making this decision; I acknowledge that the
majority of the forums' members are great; many of whom I'm glad to have as friends! However, the events that have taken place over the last few weeks,
and the negative nature of certain members; has temporarily tarnished my faith in this community. So...I am leaving. (for a while)

The group buys will continue with status updates similar to what has been previously posted...and after all items have been shipped,
I will leave the forum to focus on more uplifting Halloween-related activities. As of now, any additional group buys to be planned are canceled.
If someone else would like to take over...they are more than welcome! "Be sure to order some rope and pulleys to support the extra baggage
you'll receive attempting to further contribute to the forum."

That's terrible. I can imagine how overwhelmed you are with all of the things you have going on right now, and they were all intended to help others. I looked back through all of your posts and almost none of them talk about what you plan to do on Halloween or a prop you might need help with; they are all about the things you are organizing to help other members with their projects.

Maybe you just need a little break right now. And you're right, others should take on some of the responsibilities. I do a lot of volunteer work and my favorite saying is "No good deed goes unpunished." Hope you'll come back when things aren't so crazy.

So sorry about this, you do an excellent job with the group buy. I was looking forward to the blucky buy, even marked my calendar for that one. I guess because there are only what 141 days! before halloween, some folks get itchy. Please don't drop off you are much appreciated here.

Eyegore this forum will be have lost a bit because of your leaving, I understand that you do a great deal but try not to let one person sour you on this forum. Hope to see you back soon.

A break may do ya some good but please don't leave us!!! I can imagine how frustrated you must be with all that has happened here lately but take some time to let the dust settle and know that no one can tarnish your reputation. You have been nothing but kind and helpful and always went out of your way for anyone. You gave up a lot of your time for us here and also know that you are appreciated for it and for your friendship.
