Thread: How can I celebrate like in the US?

How do you celebrate it? OK I know a lot about celebrating Halloween in the US because I am a huge America fan. Here in Germany are also Halloween Partys in Discos but thats nothing for me.

What kind of food do you have on Halloween ?

We just have a flat, so not a lot space to decorate.

A few kids rang on the door. This year a group of boys and later some witches.

The boys were naughty, so we have not opened the door.

How can I celebrate it approximately like in the US ?

It warms my heart to see people celebrating Halloween in Germany. I'm in America, but I'm a "huge Germany fan," as you put it. It's hard to answer your question because everyone celebrates it a bit differently. Well, perhaps most people celebrate similarly, but I think I do it differently than most. I would suggest just hanging around on this forum -- read all the Americans' threads, talk to Americans, and you'll learn a lot about how they do it. But don't feel like you have to do it the same way they do, either. It's fine to put your own spin on it. That's what I do.
