We have been crazy here at our house trying to get everything done. We started late because Jerry was on vacation & Joe was in the hospital 3 1/2 weeks. Then when Jer got back the candy orders poured in & we tried to fly through all that but then the sealing machine went down & it was major problems from there.

I know its been crazy here since September but still I kept saying...lets get a few things done. Our display has grown enough that you need more than a week to get it all up. Then there's my illness with me losing my ability to walk which has also turned into not being able to stand so I gotta have their help.

Jer said we can get it all up in 2 days>>>>>WRONG!!!! He's realizing that now. We been pushing hard but the kitchen, the living room & part of the dining room are not done. The dining room I just have to work on the table, everything else is finished. Kitchen & Living room are start from scratch. So.... we are done tonight. Just can't go no more so we'll see what tomorrow brings.

Joe put the labels on all our candy bags & filled them, he got done early so tomorrow I'm gonna have him do up 60 more bags.

As for TOT's tonight....they started showing up at 4pm........OMG what to do....so we made a sign & we hung up in our driveway saying we'd be open Sunday, Oct. 31st at 5pm. Good thing we did, there were a lot of cars & trucks that pulled up in front to read it. Oh yes and a hay wagon ride.
