Well it has been just a depressing last couple of weeks in regards to my yard haunt... First, the rains would not stop for over a week straight... Second, the 60-70mph winds came and just destroyed my display, barriers, divider walls and main gate/fencing.. Third, the rain returned after a short break from winds....
I thought of throwing in the towel, but woke up a while ago and saw "A glimpse of Light and Hope!"
Now I am gonna scurry around like a wild animal in a frenzy to get things done. Hope everybody else has the last minute inspiration I do!

I always put my graveyard up day of trick-or-treating, this year I decided to do it on Monday and of course then we got high winds. I don't do anything too elaborate so it only takes me a few hours and it totally makes the excitement on Halloween day (or in case of today Trick-or-treat) day way more exciting since I'm childless and single. Lol.

It's never like this here in October so I share your frustration. I have pretty much decided that I will just set up what I can and make do. I don't have a walk through so, I don't have as much to worry about as you do. I am now wondering how many TOT's will be out in the cooler weather (and being a Sunday). We shall see.
I'm glad you have gotten a second wind.. ummm I mean inspiration.. lol and I'm sure you will get it all done!! Take care!!

Good for you - and if you get up even a fraction of what you want to, it's still going to be really cool for somebody out there! It all adds up as part of the bigger picture that's going on right now!

Well it looks as if it is all coming together now. It is not what I originally planned but it will definitely make do! I will post lots of pics later tonight or tomorrow. Hope everyone's haunted houses/yard haunts turned out great and weather is going good for ya!
