So... strong winds knocked down my pillars/gate. Totally destroyed the lights ($80) Then had to repair the pillars and gates themselves.

And to top it off, my fog machine that was supposed to arrive today... You guessed it... "Damaged in transit" Fed-Ex sent it back to the shipper.

P*ssed off doesn't even BEGIN to describe my mood. <sigh>

I am sorry to hear that it seems that things happens when we least expect them too! I hope everything turns good for you and you get your things fixed there is still time... keep your hopes up!

That sucks...hope you get the repairs done and the fog machine before the ToTs show up

alot of our outdoor Halloween props were damaged with the high winds the last 24 hours.. salvaged what we could and hope to have things "patched" together in time for the big night..

I can't even finish setting my stuff up. I am on temporary bed rest. Apparantly the twins I'm carrying have decided that they don't like Halloween or something. Hubby and I spent our evening (and most of the morning) in labor & delivery. I would have preferred a windstorm!

The wind took out my cemetery as well. This week has been crazy go nuts windy. At least we're supposed to get a few nice days the rest of this week here in Colorado. Dang, if you were a little closer I'd drop off one of my foggers for you to use, since I'm not putting them out this year. :/

i feel your pain...all of mine either blew away or I eventually pulled it down. Will start over again tomorrow when the wind is gone.

Thanks all. The wind is supposed to subside tomorrow and I'll start setting up again.

Wondering if Haunted Fog will send me a replacement fogger and over-night it... and charge Fed-Ex since they're the one's that damaged it in shipping. We'll see.
