We have been issued a tornado watch and wind advisory for today starting at 3pm this afternoon. Wind could get up to 50 mph! There is a line of really bad storms heading our way here in Pa. Of all the rotten luck to have this type of weather this close to Halloween. I already took down two of my expensive items and brought them in. I hope the rest will be ok out there.

I put it in the parking lot right infront of the front entrance to Ravens Grin.
I got it assembled just one day before we had heavy rains and the customers appreciated it I am sure.
All the buckets of concrete and stuff holding it down were not enough because the wind was so strong and gusty. The weight pretty much was where I had installed it, just the tent poles and plastic went.
So beware if you have a tent up also inspect those haunted walks through woods for hanging limbs above the trails. A broken limb doesn't always fall all the way to the ground and could be severe injury or worse awaiting someone.

Yuck! Stay safe! The front is coming through here, too, but we're not supposed to get it that bad.

sorry to hear of your bad weather. We, also, got a bit of wind yesterday. My Mourner's head spun 180 degrees; doing her best Linda Blair imitation. LOL

But, cheer up.... it could be a tornado WARNING!!!!!

We got hit hard today by winds and rain. If we lived in florida, i would have thought it was a hurricane. That's how crazy the wind was. All of my tombstones, but 3 were broken or blown away. My circus letters i made and hung from an arch, were ruined. My cotton candy, hand painted sign was ruined and 1 of the cotton candy balls i made was completely blown away. :-( My husband drove around til he found it 2 streets away from my house. I'm going to have to completely redo my tombstones and signs this week. I guess it could have been worse.

We had hail on Sunday, and wind and rain ever since. So far though, only light damage to a couple of tombstones, but we've been lucky.

it was ugly here in Ohio...........had some damage control to do as well.

I found one of my tombstone had been snapped in half last night from the wind.

It's miserably windy here, i walked outside this morning and my hat got blown off my head..
