How are everyone's display's holding up?

Its noon on the 26th in Michigan and the wind is picking up. We are expected 60 MPH gusts later today and into tonight.

I am living on the edge of my seat in Central Illinois. The winds picked up last night and have been going strong ever since. We are under a "wind warning" until 7pm tonight.

Tornado watch just went to tornado warning here. Our entire fence here got blown over, two of our "trees" have blown over, and more than likely it's just going to get worse. oh well. At least it's supposed to be nice on halloween.

My cemetery is pretty much flattened at this point. A couple bats fell down on the porch. The wind did blow most of the leaves outta my yard and down the street to the neighbors.. I'll set everything back up when the wind dies down. No real damage but it was pretty hairy there for awhile.

There are other holidays besides Halloween? When did they start that?

I live in Jackson, and it got windy for a bit, and the tornado warnings came and went, but every single one of my Styrofoam tombstones is still standing.

I've said it before, and I will say it again: 2 pieces of rebar and zip-ties with the Pink foam tombstones is a winning combo!

I was smart and didn't put out the crank ghost yet, and the black scrim walls for my porch were taken down before the storm hit.

I'm afraid of what I might find when I get home. Rain & 45mph winds today and snow & 45 mph winds tomorrow. Ugh. We took down all our "people" last night. Tombstone should hold, but I'm worried about the columns twisting and getting gouged by the fence. But what I'm most worried about is the 14' pumpkin scarecrow and a coffin on a table on the front porch.

This weather will make for alot of extra work, but at least they are calling for great weather on Sunday. (gotta stay positive right??)
