If so, is your neighborhood trick r treating on Saturday or Sunday? I live in Hoover in a neighborhood called the Preserve and we're doing it on Sunday. So I would like to take my little girl and her friend trick r treating on Saturday too in another neighborhood. Thanks.

Not in Birmingham, in Huntsville. But there's a couple of heavy duty Haunters on the forum from B'ham. Also, I started an Alabama Haunter's group here on the forum... go join!

I'm about 30 minutes north of downtown Birmingham (Pinson/Trussville area). I haven't heard anything about trick-or-treating.
But I did just do some research:

Looks like my area is suggesting Saturday, but leaves it up to the individual.
I guess that means two Halloweens?

Thanks v gan. Believe it or not, that is me in the picture with the blog.al.com article. My next door neighbor works for the B'ham news.
If you have any little ones, bring them to the Preserve neighborhood in Hoover Sunday night. Flat, well lighted, sidewalks, ample parking, and the houses are close together. Perfect for TrT!Last edited by Mr. Hyde; 10-27-2010 at 12:00 PM. Reason: add stuff

I am in Daphne, AL - across the bay from Mobile. We are trick-or-treating Sunday October 31st. I am not sure what kind of turn out to expect to be honest. I hope it will be the best year ever!
