Thread: TOT in an apartment building?

This is the first time I've lived in an apartment during Halloween. I have no idea what to expect for TOT Sunday night. We have a decent amount of families with young children. I know that everywhere is different, but what are your experiences with apartment TOT.

Also, I'm kinda bummed because almost nobody has any Halloween decorations on their porches/patios. I stick out like a sore thumb with just some cheeky pumpkin window clings!

We're apartment living right now. Unfortunately, no one actually trick or treats door to door in our building. However, our land lady puts on an awesome haunted house in the lobby. She gets lots of kids and collects donated Halloween candy throughout October. We've already donated two large bags.

And I completely understand about feeling like you stick out like a sore thumb being the only one decorated. We have some neighbors with uncarved pumpkins and one with a skeleton on their door, but of course, we're completely decked out. And I don't care, lol.

Same here I live in a condo though we decorate the downstairs lobby and our balcony although we do get people to stop by and take pics we dont get any trick or treaters at all we have young kids too living in our building!
