How many of you put up a Haunted House you walk thru and how many of you put up a display you walk by?

I put up a display. I don't think I have the man power to do a full out haunted house
It consists of my front yard, and part of my driveway
Where's the kaboom? There was supposed to be an earth-shattering KABOOM!!

Display at our home. I did a walk through for 3 years at my wifes school but I had a classroom, hallway and 20 enthusiastic 7th and 8th graders to help and act.

We currently do a walk through haunt that encompasses our front yard "display", driveway, back patio, garage and back yard. It has become a laborious job and this is the last year for the full show. We're eliminating the garage and back yard portions next year and focusing on the front and patio scenes. Eventually, I think it will revert back to a front yard display only and that will be fine with me.

I do a large haunted pirate ship display in my driveway and in my front yard leading up to my front door....
Thank ye matey, from the bottom of me scurvy heart......"One Eye'd" Mick

The ships' doctor warned me that I've been partaking in too much wine, women and song and told me that I should cut back a bit.........I am really going to miss the singing.....

We do a haunted display that you walk by. However, this year the TOT's have to walk down our side yard, in front of the graveyard that's in the side yard, then in front of all three garages, and finally down the front walkway to get to the front door. There will be five live actors this year, so I guess it's really a combo walk by/walk through.
I wish everyone was as kind as creepycathy!

We've done both, depending on how much time is available to dink with it. One year I had to work on Halloween and couldn't get out of it so we did nothing. Well, aside from some tombstones in the front yard and passing out candy. Last year was a full walk-through in the garage. This year will probably be just a display.

Display, as in decorations outside and inside. I have a dream of having a giant house/castle/mansion with lots of intricate Halloween displays that trick or treaters can walk through! Someday!

Display, our house could not support a haunt. Although I do decorate our Foyer and have had children try to run into the house to see if there is more.
