how many houses have any type of Halloween decorations out? I'm counting 5 out of about 22. One has a simple door decoration, another has some purple lights, one with 2 blow molds on the porch and one with some decor hanging in their picture window. Then there's our house. I'm certain a couple other homes will put something up, but I was out running errands yesterday and drove down a particular street for three blocks and didn't see one single Halloween decoration on any house I passed. Disappointing to say the least.

I'd say about 5 out of 30. A couple of them have a LOT though. (Kind of quantity over quality but kudos to them anyway.)
In the neighbourhood overall, I'd say there's probably 30% more than last year, (not saying much) and again - those that decorate are decorating a LOT! I asked my neighbour down the street who has added a lot of stuff, and he said everything is so inexpensive, it's tough to say no to the kids.
I'm hoping things will look really good by the time the big rolls around.

About 18 of 80 in our sub division, however we do have a couple of "Hallwoeen" day decorators that go from nothing to mini haunt just for the big night.

Three out of about 14 or 15 (and that's counting my house).
One has a couple haystacks, a scarecrow and a pumpkin blow mold. The other has a similar pumpkin and some pumpkin lights hanging in the window.
That's it. :/

On my street, none. Including me, as the only decorations I have up are indoors. I'm holding out to avoid vandalism as much as possible. It doesn't hurt that DH hasn't gotten down the items I can't get to in the garage.

In my neighborhood, there is one house that had a few skeleton hands and arms sticking out of the ground around their mailbox. Gave me the warm fuzzies to see them on my walk with DD the other day.

I can throw a rock and hit about 7 inflatable motorcycles with skellies on them ( I think its required when you own a HD) Outside of that just a couple cutesy fall pumpkin stakes.

I have driven through close to 10 other subdivisions looking for yard displays and have found only one other smallish display. Some pumpkins here and there but nothing else that would even remotely qualify as a yard display. That is hundreds of houses (possibly thousands) and notta much.
In my neighborhood there is a guy down the street who has his front decked out pretty good, and another new resident to the area that has a stuffed dummy, spider webs, and some ghosts out front. There is another fella few streets over that has put up a large graveyard display each year but he hasn't started putting anything out yet; so he has me worried.
Obviously I'm working on my display but the amount of Halloween enthusiasm around here is very disappointing. Almost pathetic I might say. I would say less then half of the people who decorated in past years are doing nothing this year; I'm just talking about pumpkins on the door step or even just fall harvest displays.
We still have two weeks so I'm remaining hopeful that other residents enthusiasm will begin to pick up the closer the we get to the 31st.

0 Here. Than again, I can count my neighbors on one hand with a broken finger. Just outside of town near farms. So not much in ways of decorations. Inside town... eh I've seen a few cutsie yards... that was about it. Some had quite a bit tho.
I've been thinking of starting a Halloween group around here. Start buying stuff, announcing that we're doing decor give aways to anyone applying. Simply dress your yard, take photos, and send in to us. Will be voted and prizes given away. Usually more decor stuff. Try to get a spark back up in the Spirit of things. Not sure how well it'll go, but was a thought. (been thinking it for a while... just wish I was rich....I'd do a TON more to get it going)
