Thread: City Inspectors checkin on my haunt progress...

Hey everyone!

Okay I am starting off this thread with one word that came too mind... WHY???

Anyhow for starters, the week has been progressing good until my local winds came through yesterday and today blowing a few items across the yard..

Then I come to find that my 7 foot pillars smashed into a few of my ceramic pots and stones for graveyard... Grrr!

Now today I was outside marking the perimeter of the yard for the initial fence set-up. But guess who happens to stroll by out of the blue... GOOD OLE MR INSPECTOR HIMSELF!...

I told him how was it goin he replied: "I should be asking you that!"

So I tell him that I have a few items that I place out for Halloween that need protection from vandals or thieves. So I am laying out a map of where I will place a "TEMPORARY" fence that is "NOT STATIONARY" nor "BOLTED" to the ground.

He then states "Well if thats all you plan to do here than I won't worry about returning." then "Keep up the great work son!" I was SHOCKED!!!

Just a word of advice, You MUST make sure to say those underlined words to throw them off if they go hassle you. So these were my events from the last couple of days in which I had some highs and some lows but either way its all going to turn out for the best!

Good to hear it went over okay. I'm over here in the Antelope Valley... hope they don't show up.

that sucks bro !!!! sorry to hear about the nasty wind.Here in Yucca Valley we have not got any strong winds lately.Wow I had no idea an inspector would come by !!! wth. Well glad it worked out good for you
