I'm sure everyone is feverishly working to get everything ready for the big night. However there are some things that won't be finished in time.
For me it's my 3 axis skull since my laptop crashed and won't be replaced in time for Halloween this year. I guess it will be on the top of my list for next year.
What planned projects do you have that will have to wait for next year?

The Lightorama setup that's still in the box and everything that involved either a wiper motor or pneumatic cylinder.
Fortunately, I'm the only one that knows that, so the haunt should be quite the success this year anyway

I have to shelve a shiatsu zombie prop. Simply running out of time and steam. It will be on my short list for next year however.

I have to hold off on a cauldron creep, a toxic waste fountain, and maybe fence but I'm hoping to still squeezing that one in.

What WILL be ready:
Captain Howdy. Sign guy with our haunt's name. Night Terrors.
Zombie Bob. .. he's a zombie.
Witch. may or may not be stirring a cauldron.
Gatekeeper. Rules sign guy.
2 corpse lights.
3 skull candles.
1 candle lot.
Coffin.
Dead Cross. (not religion related)
Static Toxic prop. Guy moving the barrel.
Toxic Pop Up prop. Basicly trash can terror. (finishing touches this weekend)
Things NOT going to be ready:
Electric Chair.
Kicking Hangman.
Spitting Rat with pop up.
Zombie guts with a whippit air line.
All started from scratch, 3 weeks ago *edit*(actually a little longer than 3 weeks, I think). Not doing too bad. But not getting NEAR enough done that i'd like.

Quite possibly the blacklight area. It's kinda on the bubble. But, it will look fine lit with torches if I can't scrounge enough funds for the black lights.
Or you could say the whole theme I originally planned before switching gears.
Probably a lot of little things. Motion detector rigs may not make the cut, etc. Hard to say right now.

Work picked up over the last couple of months and lots of stuff I had planned never got off the ground or past the materials point.
Things planned for 2010 that won't happen:
cemetery fence--need 150' or so and is still on drawing board
FCG--have half the materials
vampire queen sculpt--actually got the head for this into decent shape but sold it to cover bills
360 degree view crypt--no top; using bottom as a crate to store other props
crawling groundbreaker zombie--never got off drawing board
What MIGHT still happen:
static ground breaker--pvc frame, old shirt and coat, hands and zombie head--all pretty striaght forward
peeper tombstore--I can cannibalize one of the stones already made so I just have to build the mechanism and head
pallet coffin--but only if i can get the sawzall from my sister this weekend
I'm teaching a tombstone making class this weekend for a craft group, a glass blowing demo for a girl scout troop next week and I've got some glass commissions to knock out before Nov 1. Oh...and the wife wants to have an autumn/ harvest party on the 23rd. we won't discuss how i feel about the term "harvest party".
