You can rent them from netflix if its not on. They have quite a few of them on dvd.

Not sure I just use netflix myself but I know Biglots has Goosebumps DVD's for only $3.00. I'v got Night of the Living Dummys 1-3, The Halloween Mask 1&2.
halloween is a super cool holiday.

In 2008, Cartoon Network aired them every night from 9-10 in October. That didn't carry over into 2009, however, and I don't think they're doing it again this year.
So, unfortunately, I doubt you'd find it on any station. :/
