Just wanted to tell everyone about this store I accidentally found while visiting friends in Orlando FL. It's about 20m outside of Orlando in a town called Altamonte Springs. In fact, it's right across the street from the Altemonte Springs Mall, where we were shopping.

Anyway, this place is called "The Halloween Store" and it has a giant orange sign. I'm told that closer to Halloween they display this humongous pumpkin on the roof which you can see from miles around.

Anyway (again) I was just blown away by the selection they had (I especially love Leg Avenue stuff and they had a ton of it). The staff was really fun & helpful and no pressure, and we spent a couple hours in there, it was like a big party. It was really, really hard to choose just one outfit. And the prices were quite low, I was surprised actually. Now that I think of it I should've bought more. It's almost worth the plane fare from RI just to go there!

Anyway, I'm all set for Halloween almost 3 weeks early (usually I'm scrambling at the last minute). So the upshot it: anyone near the Orlando area should definitely visit the Halloween Store in Altamonte. I found their website, it's:
