I just ordered a vinyl banner from vistaprint for the rules sign for my haunt.

I have ordered banners from them before and the print quality is good for the price. If you register an account with them you get all sorts of free custom stuff, banners being one of them.

I paid $10 for faster processing/shipping, and that is all it cost me!
