So, I decided to get some halloween spirit flowing by watching AFV Halloween. I saw this and thought it would be funny to have my kids 'walk' in with other kids and have this happen.
Is it wrong to scare kids by doing this?

That is HILARIOUS!!!!
I'm sure someone would sue you for actually touching their child
....BUT....
one year we put a scarecrow sitting on a haybale next to the front porch as part of our decorations, and he was there for a good week before TOT. On TOT night, my husband put on the clothing and sat on the haybale. As the children came back down off the porch, he moved and spoke to them....you could hear the screaming all over the neighborhood.

I've heard of the scarecrow idea!
I've always wanted to do a line-up of live size PVC zombie props on the porch. Four or five. Only, on H'ween night one of them is an actor. Perhaps the one on the end. Mahahaha.
One of my most memorable TOTing scares is of someone who would pop out of a leaf pile at kids.
