Stopped by my Lowes today and they seem to have restocked a lot of their halloween merchandise. They still had the Specter Projector that's been mentioned and pictured on the forum before, $29.99. The vampire giggle buddy has a clothlike head, not inflatable as might have been proposed before.
Anyway I noticed that Lowe's has a Kids' Build-It Clinic this month, actually 2 of them, that are specifically geared towards halloween. A Fun House Mirror, Oct. 9; and a Flapping Bat, Oct. 23. The clinics are free to kids. I don't remember the age group and specifics so if this is something that your kids might enjoy doing, call Lowes and get the specifics.
