My first PVC ghouls. Added black fabric to the Dollar Tree masks so the neck is covered, gallon milk jug for the head, pool noodles over the PVC, & chest area stuffed with plastic bags & bubble wrap. Got the shoulders too big & will revamp them next year. Will use rebar to hold them up & still looking for some trashed shoes that I can use. I did add light fixtures from blowmold pumpkins to light up their heads. Nothing fancy but hopefully they will spook some of the TOTs.

    Looking good.

I did that last year with large kids costumes and some robes. I left mine as hanging ghouls and used the plastic hangers to drape the clothes over. I used a white balloon in the head and just colored the eyes in with black marker and some with yellow highlighter. They looked pretty good hanging.

I am trying to do some of the standing ones this year as witches, but I am trying to do them with things I have. I may go out and pick up the PVCs since yours looks so good.

Looks good. I've been doing pvc ghouls for a few years now and really like it. The stuff is cheap, easy to cut, and you can use bungee straps to hold bulk material inside to give it padding.
