Today I come home from work and "the neighbor" down a few houses had put out a prop of the tin man on his porch. It looked really good. Well I just went out there and he moved that prop and added a butler holding a candleabra and a crow on its shoulder that the eyes lite up and it squaked along with the butler talking. And a witch holding a pumpkin. GGRRRRRRRRRRR!!!!!!!!!! I`ve had it! I`m done being the nice guy ! I want to set up my whole display infront of the house and show him who is best.But I`m thinking that I should wait till it gets closer to halloween. What should I do I`m so angry ! And then when I was leaving he came out and told me that he was only beginning he has a 17ft frankinstein but it is one of those cheesey blow up ones lol.

That's awesome! last year, I was the only who decorated for Halloween.......this year, I've already seen others with at least cobwebbing up and some little things....I think, GREAT! It's so much more fun when others get involved too!!

don't fire everything at once...hold back...wait...take your time....little here a little there...then near halloween...put up everything you have.

I wish others would put up stuff for Halloween here. It would be such a change but most have lights off and are out with their little ones or its one of those houses where you are not sure if anyone is home or not so not sure to go up to it. I would feel proud that others are following in my foot-steps.
I think this year I might try to put stuff up a few weeks before Halloween usually I put it up and take down all in the same day. If it goes well maybe next year Ill do the whole setup early.Where's the kaboom? There was supposed to be an earth-shattering KABOOM!!
