I am literally sitting here waiting for glue and paint to dry.
And although I love this holiday... there are parts of this holiday that I wish I never had to do again.
What do you dislike about getting ready for Halloween?

1. Not having all the supplies required when you are ready & starting to build a halloween project...
2. That last minute rush before the TOTs start arriving! That is my biggest grrrr of all. Barely have little or no time to put on my costume and be ready for the haunt..A Halloween prop is a terrible thing to waste..
"The Many Faces of Fear!" New for 2012!

Too much to mention.. –

But I'll make an effort to mention some things anyway.
This haunted house is a large place for just one or two people to keep together, cleaned, painted, repaired, things fixed AND still be open for business EVERY NIGHT Of The Year!
(Plus Sat. & Sun afternoons)
By the time I find all my tools I will need, find all the screws, boards and hardware either here or in a store....whew!
Then I have my own inspiration to rein in often when the fun-stuff is calling me to spend alot of time doing something new and wacky here, for my own very personal enjoyment and to then have new things for the customers....
After my Dad's passing a few years ago, my Mother gave me one of his buildings, so now I have even MORE places to seek my lost tools and items, and its 4 blocks away! HAHAHAHAHAHA!
i'M GOING cRAZY!
i LIKE IT FINE,,,MOSTLY usually.
It is a challenge to my energy levels though, but on the positive, positive side, I sleep very well at the end of my day, 3am. and I laugh often throughout the day, just recalling some of the goofy stuff that happened here recently.
I wouldn't trade this fun for anything I know of or could imagine.
Seeing people scream as I scare them with actual 10cent items I have made is always a real "charge". (Insert eval laugh here~)"My Insanity is well-respected, until they wiggle free and become a stringer for a tabloid"

knowing that I should have had PVC in those Bluckies months ago.
knowing that I bought stuff for props that won't get used this year
knowing that I don't know how to finish a couple of props
and the list goes on......
